1, DW series belt dryer - equipment overview

2, DW series belt dryer - working principle

The mesh belt dryer comprises: a distributor, a box, a conveying system, a circulation fan and a heating system; the conveying system comprises: a conveyor belt; the distributor is used for distributing the material on the conveyor belt; the conveying system is used for conveying the material from the conveyor belt The feeding end of the tank is sent to the discharge end of the tank; the circulating fan and the heating system are arranged in the tank, and a plurality of diversion flows for forming a vortex flow on the conveyor belt are arranged between the conveyor belts The wind-folded board takes away the moisture of the material so that the material can be evenly dried. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material temperature, and the dried product continuously falls into the receiver.
