The product with larger particle size is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower, and the product with smaller particle size is accompanied by hot air. Entering the cyclone dust collector, the separated product is discharged through the discharge valve, and the tail gas containing a small amount of dust is evacuated by the water dust collector and then emptied. Due to the fast heat transfer and mass transfer in the tower, it is especially suitable for the drying of heat sensitive materials (such as: cold fats, proteins, stevia). It has better heat transfer efficiency.
