2, FG series boiling dryer - equipment principle

The boiling dryer consists of a main engine, an air treatment system, a heating system, a control system, and the like. When working, the material is added to the hopper of the boiling dryer, and the program and parameters are set according to the process requirements, and the whole machine starts to work. The air is filtered by the air treatment system, and the filtered clean air is heated by the heat exchanger convection to raise the air to a certain temperature. After the air is heated by the heating system, the fan enters the host machine, and the hot air passes through the distribution hole and the negative hole of the hole mesh plate. Under pressure, the material forms a boiling state in the dryer, and the hot air is in extensive contact with the material. In the large-area gas-solid two-phase contact, the water in the material (solid phase) evaporates quickly and is carried away along with the exhaust pipe. In a short period of time, the water in the material is evaporated and separated to achieve the purpose of drying the material.

1. The circular structure in the fluidized bed avoids dead angles, so that the materials are dried in time, and the materials do not stick to the wall of the barrel.
